Delivered on the PLATO Learning Environment (PLE) the PLATO Secondary Academic Library features courses and content titles that provide flexibility for all aspects of secondary instruction: online courses, remediation and credit recovery, credit accrual, and credit acceleration.   The flexibility works in traditional school settings (mainstream instruction, supplemental instruction, pull out labs, etc.) distance learning situations, Advanced Placement instruction or alternative schools.

PLATO’s Secondary Academic Library can fulfill a graduation requirement or offer a full semester course with unit level assessments and testing.  Courses and content titles cover four core subjects – language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies.  A wide-range of electives (over 50 titles) are also included in PLATO’s Secondary Academic Library.

Courses and content titles adhere to PLATO’s standards of providing high quality and rigorous program solutions.  Our innovative and engaging curriculum gives students a needed alternative or a second chance to learn.
